My wife and I are very grateful to Antonio Caballero and his team. The truth is that they exceeded all of our expectations, and thanks to them, we had an incredible wedding.

Antonio is a professional, an expert in his field, and passionate about his work. That passion and professionalism was evident at all times. From the first meeting to the end of our wedding, Antonio and his team threw themselves into planning and coordinating our event, with great dedication, and being attentive to offering us the best options. Always working honestly, taking care of our budget, and making sure that we worked with serious and very good quality suppliers.

Planning a remote wedding would have been very complex for us. Fortunately, a friend recommended Antonio to us and with certainty we can say that we fell into the best hands. Throughout the entire process, Antonio had excellent ideas on how to structure our wedding in the best way possible. We were impressed by how well connected he is in the region, and as always he went that extra mile to achieve what seemed impossible.

We are a mixed couple (Me Mexican, and my wife Singaporean). Antonio and his team shined with their creativity to integrate elements of both cultures in the celebration of our marriage.

Our day arrived and we were already quite satisfied with all the organizational work carried out by Antonio. However, during the wedding, Antonio and his team surprised us again, with all their dedication, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure we were happy at all times. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the event, without any worries. Everything went smoothly.
Many of our guests noticed the high quality of the work done by Antonio, and we received many compliments on how well everything was organized.

Exquisite Oaxacan dream wedding weekend!

When it comes to turning your dream wedding into a stunning reality, there is only one name that comes to mind: Antonio Caballero Eventos. Antonio Caballeɾo Eventos has been the most incredible partner we could ask for throughout our entire wedding planning journey and the wedding weekend itself. It was challenging enough to plan a wedding weekend; Full weekend of events from Friday to Sunday for 200pax. To make it even more difficult, we have to plan it from the other side of the world as we are based in Singapore. However, Antonio and his talented and friendly team made it very easy for us.

From the moment we embarked on this journey with Antonio Caballero Eventos, his professionalism and dedication were evident. Our 1 year and 4 months of planning have been enjoyable under Antonio's direction. Their deep knowledge of Oaxaca's culture, traditions, and strong local network ensured that every aspect of our wedding was infused with the enchanting spirit of the region. As we are a mixed culture couple (Mexican and Singaporean Chinese), we also gave more complex instructions to add elements of Chinese and Singaporean culture to our wedding. However, the team is always up for the challenge and, above all, delivers in all aspects. It was as if they had a direct line to our vision, bringing it to life with their own creative touch.

We arrived the week of the wedding in Oaxaca with our relatives. Antonio and his team welcomed us with great affection, calming our pre-wedding nerves and allowing us to focus on ourselves and our family before the weekend.

The coordination and execution of the big day was impeccable. Each moment flowed effortlessly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the occasion. The professionalism and poise of the team was truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and we will be forever grateful for their dedication.

An unreal destination wedding

We have no more words of gratitude for Toño and his team regarding the entire event, starting with the spectacular food, we wanted something 100% Oaxacan, but very much in our style.
Everything was incredible, they were always attentive to us at every step of the wedding and without a doubt they will be highly recommended for anyone who wants a destination wedding in Oaxaca.
Toño was more than a wedding planner, he was a friend to us, advising us at every moment and helping us make the best decisions, so we would never lack anything for the wedding, and make just the wedding of our dreams. He even made us the cocktail the day before on a spectacular terrace.
Toño always took us to the finish line in a super orderly manner. From choosing the wedding color palette, to the smallest detail. He always helped us with suppliers when we couldn't find any (he even got the candles we wanted). You really notice the quality and dedication with which he does his work, which he is clearly passionate about. We were always available at all times if we had any questions or comments. He was always there with us, accompanying us throughout the entire process. He even helped us move absolutely everything at no extra cost when we had to move the wedding due to COVID.
Seriously, if someone is planning a destination wedding in Oaxaca, there is no one better or more attentive to the details than Toño, it is as if you were there without having to be. We send you a huge hug. Greetings!
